Whilst we can endeavour to deliver on a Saturday using Royal Mail guaranteed next day service, Royal Mail WILL NOT GUARANTEE SATURDAY DELIVERIES and NO REFUNDS will be given if the parcel does not arrive on Saturday. Please note that some items ordered for Monday delivery if sent by Royal Mail may be delivered on Saturday We can arrange for the parcel to delivered by courier on a Saturday, for which there will be an extra delivery charge incurred. Please contact us on 01992 765651 for details. Please Note that Parcelforce next day delivery is our aim but is not guaranteed. 99% of deliveries do arrive the next day. A very small number of deliveries may be late. Should your package arrive late, we will only refund the postage charged on that order (Parcelforce next day delivery only). UK deliveries are all sent by Parcelforce next day delivery, which aims for next working day delivery, Monday to Friday. Orders must be received by 4pm, in order to be delivered the next day. Orders for a Monday delivery must be placed with us by 4pm on the Friday of the previous week. Please note that we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. Saturday deliveries are not part of the service we offer and Parcelforce do not delivery on a Saturday. Where Parcelforce has attempted a delivery, and the recipient is not there to receive the package, a card will be left notifying of the delivery attempt. Delivery of packages requires a signature, you will be able to track and trace your deliveries. Balloons ordered for the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Scotland are transported by air. On rare occasions, Balloons will burst as a result of changes in air pressure. This is beyond our control so Simply Balloons cannot accept responsibility if this happens. Customers order for these destinations at their own risk. Late or Non-Delivery of Goods is the Responsibility of Parcelforce Back Orders Should the product you order be unavailable, we reserve the right to find an alternative of an equivalent or higher cost at no extra cost to you. The cost for this service varies according to location, time and availability - please contact or Sales Team on 01992 765651 and we will be glad to quote on your individual requirements. Whilst we will endeavour to meet any requests, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Please ensure that the recipient will be in, or the parcel can be left somewhere, as we are not able to redeliver. Orders for same day delivery must be received by 11am on the day of delivery, orders received after this time will be processed for delivery on the next day. Please ensure that you enter the full address including the postal code of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for Balloons which are not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, Parcelforce will leave a card stating attempted delivery. The recipient will then have to collect the package from the local Parcelforce sorting office or arrange for re-delivery. There are no deliveries by Parcelforce on Saturday's, Sunday's or Bank Holiday's. Customers requiring deliveries on any of these days are to contact Simply-Balloons.com for information on our courier service. For next day deliveries, all orders must be placed before 4pm. For same day delivery, orders must be received and confirmed by 11am. Please Note: Balloons sent to hospitals, military bases and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution. We recommend that balloons sent to these locations be requested for delivery on a weekday and not on a Saturday.
